We're looking for an experienced Custom Metal Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. If you're someone who likes variety in your day, enjoys tackling unique projects, and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Fabricate and weld custom sign components, primarily using aluminum and other metals

Build and shape channel letters and custom sign structures

Interpret technical drawings and transform concepts into finished products

Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to overcome fabrication challenges

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality

Prepare materials for finishing and painting as required

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Contribute to a culture of teamwork,



accountability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Experience in metal fabrication and MIG welding (aluminum experience is a solid asset)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Pride in producing quality workmanship

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous sign industry experience is considered an asset
