This senior position focuses on overseeing control systems projects, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals. You'll play a pivotal role in designing effective control systems, managing project timelines and budgets, and enhancing automation efforts. Leadership and mentorship of junior engineers will also be essential in this role, where collaboration and problem-solving shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the feasibility, design, and implementation of projects
• Identify value-added automation opportunities in projects
• Design hardware and software for client-specific control systems
• Document project phases and produce deliverables
• Lead commissioning activities and team training sessions
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering is required
• Registration as EIT, P.Eng., or AScT in British Columbia
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in industry settings
• In-depth design experience with DCS platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
