Knowledge of ERP/SAP, Quality related Documentation, Supply and Installation Measurement & Bill verification.
HVAC
Chilled water, VRF and DX system high side and low side Execution. Should have supervision experience of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling tower, AHU/CSU/FCU, Scrubber, Airwasher, Ducting, Insulation, HVAC Electrical work power and Controlling.
Electrical
High side and Low Electrical system including DG, Transformer, HSD, Bus duct. Fire Alarm system, Public address system, CCTV and IT, BMS.
Plumbing and Fire fighting
Should have knowledge of STP, WTP, RO, Fire pump room, Plumbing pump room and Piping.
Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive planning and completion schedules for units.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, and actively participate in progress review meetings.
Review, provide feedback, and finalize design brief reports and budgetary estimates.
Review and finalize tender documents, including drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), specifications, and estimates.




Coordinate the preparation of shop drawings based on approved designs, ensuring compliance with site clearances and other services along with monitor overall project progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget.
Facilitate necessary correspondence within and outside the organization, maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders/ Contractor/Vendor management.
Follow up on materials procurement, expediting deliveries, and tracking vendor activities to meet project timelines.
Oversee installation activities and ensure proper commissioning of all systems.
Coordinate the handover process, including the submission of as-built drawings and documentation to clients.
Coordination with Civil, interior and other services.
Exposure in Site Execution is mandatory.
