Join NEOFACS as an Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing Worker in Current Liskeard. You will provide essential child welfare services, including preventative support and risk assessments.

This full time contract position requires a energetic individual focused on children's services. You will be responsible for delivering preventative and child protection services, developing protection plans, and completing necessary documentation. Those with an MSW or BSW are preferred, though relevant experience in family services is valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preventative services for children and families
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for cases
• Develop child protection plans and associated documentation




• Communicate effectively with families and service stakeholders
• Complete necessary paperwork for each assessment

Requirements:
• MSW or BSW preferred, relevant diplomas considered
• Experience with children and families is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible hours and travel may be required
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
