As a Proposal Specialist reporting to the Manager of GTM Enablement, your role is crucial in developing strategic proposals that enhance Dialogue's business impact. You’ll convert complex information into transparent narratives, showcasing Dialogue’s unique value. This position requires solid collaboration across Sales, Product, Clinical, and other teams to ensure high-quality submissions that resonate with client priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the entire proposal process
• Write tailored proposals that highlight Dialogue’s strengths
• Translate complex requirements into compelling narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for submission accuracy
• Continuously improve proposal tools for higher efficiency
Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
