As the Head of Reporting and Compliance for InnovationRCA, you will play a crucial role in the senior leadership team, influencing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across various subsidiaries. This hybrid role requires a qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management and compliance. You'll work closely with the Director of InnovationRCA, guiding compliance with statutory requirements and ensuring the effective governance of the RCA Design & Innovation S/EIS Investment Fund.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for compliance matters
• Undertake Company Secretarial responsibilities for subsidiaries




• Manage day-to-day financial control and approvals
• Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Prepare reports for senior management and external organizations

Requirements:
• Qualified accountant with substantial financial management experience
• Expertise in reporting and compliance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with investment funds or the higher education sector
