St Marys Cement, part of VCNA, seeks a Kiln Coach to optimize kiln system performance through hands-on coaching and continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop operators' capabilities, improve process stability, and ensure safety and environmental compliance in a Canadian cement plant.
You will collaborate with control room, maintenance, and engineering teams to reduce variability, improve energy efficiency, and deliver training programs and SOPs.
