This full time Administrative Analyst/Specialist exempt role reports directly to the Director of Advancement Services. You will engage in scholarship administration, financial reconciliation, data integrity, and donor engagement. Collaborate with various educational staff and departments to streamline processes and enhance transparency in scholarship reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scholarship awards and ensure compliance with donor intent
• Analyze underutilized donor-funded scholarship accounts
• Reconcile financial data quarterly with stakeholders




• Prepare comprehensive scholarship utilization reports
• Serve as the scholarship liaison on the committee

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience
• Knowledge of data validation and financial management
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reporting tools, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit sectors
