The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of effective learning programs that support Air Canada's operational objectives and align with our strategy to be recognized in everything we do as one of the top 10 airlines in the world. Reporting to the Service Manager – Learning Design, the person in this role participates in the full design cycle within a energetic team, with the aim of producing detailed instructional design documents, storyboards, facilitator guides, and other learning materials.
