Bring your expertise to Ontario Northland as a Pipefitter/Plumber at our North Bay facility. This position focuses on plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance, with an emphasis on safety and craftsmanship.
As a Pipefitter/Plumber, you will independently manage high- and low-pressure pipeline systems and perform essential repairs on pumps and airbrake systems. Your ability to read blueprints, along with your technical proficiency in welding, will be crucial to your success in this role. Experience in a unionized setting is beneficial and will align with our operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain plumbing and airbrake systems
• Plan and fabricate pipeline systems effectively
• Operate pipefitting tools and equipment




• Adapt to recent methods and safety protocols
• Complete additional pipefitting duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Qualification as Plumber 306A or Pipefitter 307A
• Experience in unionized workplaces
• Safety code knowledge in plumbing
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
