Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in composite and non-metallic materials for aerospace
• Evaluate materials for new product development and processes
• Investigate material failures and propose corrective actions
• Review material specifications and engineering reports
• Support qualification activities for current materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5+ years in composite materials
• Robust knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset materials
• Experience with adhesively-bonded systems
• Familiarity with injection and compression molding processes
