You will be part of the Mental Health and Well-being Team, working directly with students experiencing various challenges. This role requires seamless cooperation with teachers, parents, and external support services to provide comprehensive care tailored to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to students facing challenges
• Work in partnership with school staff and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and consultations
• Facilitate skills tutoring and behavior management
• Document all case details following PHIPA guidelines

Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related field
• Three years of relevant experience required
• Experience in ABA principles is an asset
• Excellent technology skills including Google Apps
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Screening needed before start
