Responsibilities The Avionics Assembler performs various installation, assembly, wiring, harness installation and aircraft electrical equipment tasks.
Install, assemble and secure electrical components on various mounts following technical documentation.
Provide wiring modifications, testing and adjustments for installation work or equipment development status.
Ensure electrical connections: stripping, crimping, connector assembly, cable lacing.
Perform equipment installation and maintenance.
Report any irregularities.
Know and apply the rules, procedures and processes for these operations and know where to find them.
Verify work compliance against generic and specific standards defined in technical work documentation.
Qualifications Minimum vocational diploma in aircraft assembly or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, in the creation and/or repair of wiring harnesses.
Excellent plan/blueprint reading skills.
Manual dexterity.
Quick thinker with a robust attention to detail.
Experience required: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
