Role & Responsibilities
Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including white papers, case studies, technical blogs, user manuals, product descriptions, and other technical materials.
Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other technical team members to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Develop content that aligns with the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct research on industry-related topics to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support content marketing strategies.
Must Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software development or IT consulting industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and IT concepts.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to incorporate keywords naturally into content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
