Be part of the Ledcor team as a Powerlineman, working on significant projects just outside Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves a mix of construction, installation, and maintenance of power lines in challenging outdoor settings.

Candidates should possess a Journeyman certification or be in apprentice training. Duties will include operating specialized equipment like digger derricks, maintaining safety standards, and supporting junior crew members. Your expertise in powerline construction methods will be critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Construct and maintain overhead and underground power lines
• Operate specialized line construction machinery
• Assemble lattice towers and support structures
• Interpret and follow work plans accurately
• Coordinate materials handling and crew activities

Requirements:
• Journeyman Powerline Technician or apprentice status
• 1-3 years of relevant construction experience
• Ability to safely work at heights
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
