In this position, you will utilize your expertise gained from 5+ years in corporate or commercial law. Your role includes preparing corporate records like board resolutions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting the seamless execution of our clients' corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare corporate records, agreements, and minute books
• File necessary incorporation documents with authorities
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
• Ensure timely filing of statutory documents
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Canadian corporate law
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience with statutory filings and compliance
