Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Actively seek out recent clients through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and other innovative strategies.

Sales Presentations: Showcase our painting services and highlight the benefits to potential clients.

Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Accurate Quoting & Proposals: Provide precise quotes and proposals that clearly outline the project scope and cost.

Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and grow our client base.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales; experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.





Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 2 years of job-related work experience, preferably in sales.

College degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
