Play a pivotal role at Allied as a Building Operator, ensuring smooth operations of building systems and exceptional tenant experiences. Your skills will help maintain our urban spaces efficiently.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, you will engage in comprehensive maintenance and operational tasks across various systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Focused on both preservation and enhancement of building quality, your role supports Allied’s vision of sustainability and wellness in urban environments. Collaboration across departments will be essential to achieving performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce service agreements and oversee in office enforcement
• Perform essential inspections and repairs on systems




• Document maintenance actions and respond to inquiries
• Manage approved repairs with subcontractors
• Test safety equipment and maintain compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in building operations or maintenance
• Certification in Building Environmental Systems preferred
• In-depth knowledge of relevant safety codes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• User knowledge of building management systems

Ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction by maintaining high standards of building system performance at Allied.
