This full time or part time role at Vancouver Aboriginal Health Society offers an chance for a Family Physician to join a multi-disciplinary team. You'll manage your patient panel while contributing towards the evolution of Primary Care Networks in the community. This clinic serves a variety of patients, including a predominantly urban Indigenous population, and provides full-scope family practice services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a diverse clinical team
• Manage your own patient panel responsibly
• Provide trauma-informed and culturally safe care
• Participate in community PCN development
• Conduct in-person and virtual patient appointments
Requirements:
• Medical degree and valid certification as a Family Physician
• Completed or willing to complete opioid agonist therapy training
• Ability to provide comprehensive patient care
• Commitment to community health and wellness
• Experience with chronic illnesses preferred
