Worley is seeking an experienced Deputy HSE Manager to support Canada Construction. You will lead field HSE programs, coordinate with project leaders, and ensure protected execution across active sites. The role demands robust risk awareness, coaching ability and a hands-on leadership style.
You will drive compliance, incident investigations and continuous improvement, working across multiple crews, suppliers and client worksites. A degree in safety plus 10+ years’ experience is preferred.
