Become a vital part of HIROC as a Claims Examiner focused on resolving healthcare claims. This role requires robust analytical and communication skills to ensure transparent processes and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Lead, Claims, this role emphasizes investigating claims and collaborating with internal partners to provide timely resolutions. You will handle documentation, analysis, and settlements, while also interacting with subscribers and coordinating with various departments for comprehensive claims management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze initial claims documentation
• Instruct adjusters and lawyers on claims processes
• Collect and preserve necessary evidence for claims




• Negotiate settlements with all parties involved
• Prepare and present insurance and claims education sessions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with 5 years of related experience
• Completion of CIP/FCIP required courses
• Valid G driver’s license with vehicle access
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
