Role Overview

Customer Service Assistant – assist riders in getting back to riding through excellent written communication and rider‑focused processes.

Key Responsibilities
Help customers return to riding through excellent written communication skills and rider‑focused processes.
Work within a collaborative team focused on positive and effective customer assistance.
Develop a hands‑on understanding of OneUp Components with an eye for technical problem solving and knowledge of customer inquiries.

What You Bring to the Table
Passion for solving problems and satisfaction in helping people.
Customer‑facing bicycle shop experience; service writing experience is a plus for the mechanical knowledge and customer service skills needed.
Computer literacy; Google Workspace, typing rate 45WPM+.
Experience with cloud‑based platforms and CRM software (HubSpot ideally).




Detail‑oriented, able to learn and retain technical systems.
Positive outlook, solution‑mindful, methodical and organized.
Comfortable working in a energetic and sometimes distracting environment.
Legal working status in Canada for at least two years.

Work Schedule

In‑office, Squamish‑based position. 9 full‑time days out of every 10; every second week an extra day off. Monday‑Friday schedule with every second Friday off. No remote option. 8h/day with a 30‑minute paid lunch break (36h/week average), flexible hours within reason and approval. 10 paid vacation days per year to start.

Compensation & Advantages

Salary range: $48,000–$52,000CAD per year, paid semi‑monthly. Annual performance‑based Short Term Incentive Plan (bonus) and access to a fully funded comprehensive group benefits/insurance plan.
