Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily Driver schedules for effective order fulfillment
• Troubleshoot and address Driver routing issues promptly
• Confirm delivery appointments and perform account maintenance
• Collaborate with Field Management on daily operations
• Maintain data integrity within ADD ERP System
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education with logistics certification preferred
• Three years logistics and dispatch experience required
• Superior verbal communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations in transportation
