Reporting to the Manager of the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, you will address non-academic student conduct issues with care and fairness. Your expertise in investigations and conflict resolution will guide students through complex situations while ensuring adherence to university policies. This role requires collaboration across departments to maintain community standards and support student well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations of non-academic conduct cases
• Provide empathy and clarity in student support
• Facilitate early resolutions for conflicts
• Collaborate with campus departments for case management
• Contribute to educational initiatives on student rights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
• Experience in conflict resolution and complaint management
• Solid judgment and ability to uphold fairness
• Excellent communication skills for sensitive situations
• Highly organized with attention to detail
