In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services to children aged 0-5. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, providing various counseling methods, and developing tailored treatment plans that address families' unique circumstances. Partner with community health providers for holistic care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth mental health assessments for young children
• Provide therapeutic counseling including psychodynamic and play therapy
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for families
• Collaborate with community services and health providers
• Take part in ongoing training and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant area of health
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in child therapy
• Clean BC Driver's License for local travel
• Solid knowledge of childhood mental health practices
• Ability to foster communication with families and communities
