Contribute project management expertise during the bid and order‑pursuit phase, shaping execution strategies, risk assessments, and commercial approaches to support successful project award and delivery.

Secure and optimize resources while applying formal project controls to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and changes from planning through completion.

Manage scope changes and associated commercial impacts to protect and enhance Linxon's contractual position while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Drive strict compliance with all Linxon processes and procedures, continuously reviewing project plans and schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful delivery.

Prepare, maintain, and present accurate internal and contractual reports, providing clear visibility into project performance, progress, risks, and financial status.

Act as the senior customer interface across all project stages, proactively managing expectations, contracts, and performance of subcontractors.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent schedule delays, cost overruns, or reputational impact.

Maintain rigorous financial oversight, including P&L; ownership, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Deliver projects that achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Linxon's strategic objectives.

Support effective collaboration and synergies across internal functions, customers, and supply chain partners to drive sustainable project outcomes.

Travel as required and maintain a strong on‑site presence during the construction phase to ensure execution excellence, safety compliance, and real‑time project control.

Proven experience delivering projects safely from start through closeout in a regulated environment.

Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance and safety leadership.

Demonstrated ownership of project financials, including P&L;, forecasting, and cash flow.

Ability to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to improve project outcomes.

Experience working closely with subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Ability to travel and maintain an on‑site presence during construction phases as required.
