What You Will Do
Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, identify learning gaps, and recommend effective training solutions that support Associate success and Member‑focused service
Apply adult learning principles to develop practical, learner‑centered solutions that support different learning styles and help Associates build knowledge,
confidence and capability
Design and develop engaging learning materials that support both synchronous and asynchronous formats, such as self‑directed online modules utilizing the latest technologies, live instructor engaging presentations and facilitator guides, participant guides and workbooks, demonstration videos, job aids and infographics
Stay ahead of industry trends relating to learning approach and technology

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are
Post‑secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education
Minimum five years of design and development experience on mid to large‑scale programs with live instructor and self‑directed learning solutions
Experience facilitating training programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
Strong analytical, time‑management and organizational skills
French language proficiency is an asset
