Overview HR Operations / Global Hiring Compliance / Talent Acquisition - Strategic Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy applications using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and PCF controls.
Automate workflows using Power Automate.
Implement security roles, access controls, and deployment strategies.
Ensure applications meet accessibility and UI/UX standards.
Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support development of Power Pages and integrations with Microsoft services.
Maintain technical documentation and support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
Required Skills & Experience 6+ years in IT with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in:
Power Automate
Security & Role Management
Design Concepts & Accessibility Compliance
1+ year of experience in Power Pages.
