Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking an IT Specialist to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world‑class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. As part of the Information Technology team, this position will assist in the triage, mitigation and remediation of incidents and problems through change management related to all information and operational technologies. The position will provide day‑to‑day IT service delivery at the McIlvenna Bay Project Site.

Job Responsibilities

Manage IT incidents, problems, and changes.

Document troubleshooting and remediation activities.

Provide support for computers, printers, mobility, and LTE devices.

Support and enforce IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and operational teams.

Act as the IT liaison for business units and future technology initiatives.

Communicate outages, incidents, and system changes professionally.

Monitor, report, and remediate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.

Troubleshoot IP networks, PLTE, radio systems, CATV, cameras, and access control systems.

Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution.

Support corporate, mining, and cloud network infrastructure.

Maintain Active Directory, M365, Azure, AWS, Intune, and user access management.

Support databases, APIs, business intelligence, and cloud‑based services.





Manage software deployment, hardware assets, and lifecycle support.

Coordinate hardware and software procurement with vendors.

Job Qualifications and Skills

College diploma or university degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT service delivery preferred.

3+ years of experience applying ITIL principles and practices.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with underground LTE networks, mobile equipment automation, and production dashboards preferred.

Experience supporting remote sites, onsite data centers, and bandwidth‑limited environments preferred.

Relevant technical certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Security Associate, ITIL, A+, or CCNA.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute.

Compensation and Advantages
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $92,000/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short‑term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
