Now Hiring: Junior Project Manager
Build. Coordinate. Lead. Grow.

What You’ll Do
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects at once. You’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure everything stays on track.
You will:
Review project plans, specifications, and documentation
Prepare job folders, checklists, and required paperwork
Attend weekly scheduling meetings and client meetings as needed
Monitor project progress through daily check‑ins and site visits
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventoryCommunicate with subcontractors and assist with safety documentation
Track budgets, labour hours, and timelines
Manage inspections, permits, and change orders
Assign daily tasks to labourers
Support adherence to company policies and safety standards
Keep project information organized, accurate, and up to date

What You Bring
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Confidence communicating with clients, crews, and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret plans (or willingness to learn)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
