Manage the overall operations of the centre, including student recruitment, marketing, publicity, and curriculum planning.
Plan and coordinate special community events, excursions, parent engagement initiatives, and year-end or graduation concerts.
Develop and implement creative projects in collaboration with community partners such as Residents Committees and primary schools.
Participate in performance appraisals and ongoing career development to support personal and career growth.
Provide and receive constructive guidance on matters impacting overall school performance.
Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate curriculum programmes and lesson plans in alignment with preschools vision, mission, and core values.
Enhance curriculum quality through regular evaluations, continuous research, and by organizing career development sessions for teachers.
Review and mentor teachers in lesson evaluations, reflections, and the development of childrens portfolios.
Conduct lesson observations, assessments, and analyses to identify teachers developmental needs and recommend appropriate training strategies.
Requirements Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L).
