Responsibilities

- Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
- Develop and maintain pre‑construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, and commissioning and PDI schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
- Ensure project safety standards, company policy, client policies, and environmental programs are adhered to.
- Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goals.

Qualifications

- 15‑20 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction.
- Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction—including technology, equipment, methods; company policies, procedures,



standards; union jurisdiction; labor agreements and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
- Experienced in managing and developing a team.
- Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be able to work in MooseJaw, SK.
