Using your 15+ years of experience, you will define designs, oversee processes, and ensure quality standards are met. Your role will also involve preparing cost estimates and guiding junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to project proposals and stakeholder engagement
• Establish design criteria and select process equipment
• Oversee lab test programs and analyze outcomes
• Produce detailed engineering documents and tender packages
• Mentor junior metallurgists and technicians
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Over 15 years in metallurgical processes
• P.ENG licensed skilled
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
