Responsibilities

Equipment sales with current/existing customers

Build loyal/long-term customer relationships

Provide top-tier customer support and follow-up

Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions

Develop innovative strategies to increase sales

Stay current on knowledge of all sales-related areas

Create brand awareness in your area

Conduct equipment/product demos

Requirements





Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment

Education in Ag Business/Marketing or a related field

Strong time‑management, organizational, and computer skills

Three or more years of previous sales experience

Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products

Significant independent travel and a valid driver’s licence

Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
