Located in Frankford , ANAMET is seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Mechanic
Job Duties:
Ensure safety is a fundamental part of your everyday approach to work
Support the production group in all areas of manufacturing processes and facilities to ensure continuous operations
Promptly respond to equipment related issues in a professional and positive manner providing solutions to routine or unique equipment problems
Modify, repair, install maintain, improve and troubleshoot various types of machinery, equipment and facilities
Diagnose mechanical problems and provide creative solutions for mechanical equipment maintenance or breakdown
Complete changeovers from one product to another effectively and efficiently to ensure continuous operations
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Performs setup, take down and relocation of equipment
Makes necessary notes and records utilizing the CMMS system
Qualifications:
Millwright license or equivalent experience
Minimum three years mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and Lockout Tagout procedures
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of CMMS and Preventative Maintenance Programs
Proven skills in the principles of mechanics, fitting, welding, metal fabrications, machining, and troubleshooting
Experience using drill press, grinders, saws, and all other machine shop tools
Analytical problem solving
Post secondary education in a relevant discipline
Experience working in a union environment
Basic electrical skills
Welding Certificate
Additional Information:
Must have ability to work 8 hour shifts
Ability to work M.A.D rotation
On-the-job training
Must be over 18 years of age
