Job Description Do you have experience providing administrative and operational support in human resources and want to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). In this role, you will be part of the HR Business Partners team (HRBP) where the team organization promotes cross-functional collaboration, mutual support and collective learning. As the role holder, you will provide operational and administrative support to HRBPs on various activities related to HR processes and policies. You will be responsible for updating systems such as Workday and will provide employee support as needed.
Responsibilities - Administrative Support Perform Workday updates related to all employee lifecycle actions, from hiring to retirement.
Master the Workday system and manage administrative processes such as employment contracts (permanent, temporary, interns), employee file management, absence management, etc.
Extract various reports and ensure data consistency in the system,



analyze indicators and submit recommendations to HRBPs to support strategic decision-making.
Lead continuous improvement by identifying risks and alerting HRBPs to problematic situations.
Prepare administrative materials for the HRBP team to ensure standardization and consistency of communicated information.
Support HRBPs in the People Tempo cycle, including planning assistance, creating tools, supporting documentation and communications.
Organize and prepare reviews and ensure timely, quality reporting.
Take part in various meetings, complete meeting minutes and follow up on action tables.
Ensure consolidation of data in the shared repository.
Coordinate end-of-employment activities and provide tangible data on reasons for departures and attrition decreases.
Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
Responsibilities - Employee Support Provide employee support by answering inquiries referred via HR Connect, directing them to appropriate resources and helping them understand HR policies and procedures.
Refer employees to HRBPs in conflict situations or when additional support is required.
Requirements / Profile Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources management.
Minimum of one year of experience in an HR support role.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain valuable relationships.
Results‑oriented and organized, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
Demonstrates initiative and judgment and acts as a facilitator in change management.
Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
