We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Human Resources team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment process across various areas of the company to support the business needs of the A220 program. Our working arrangement is hybrid, giving you the opportunity to work with the team on-site in Mirabel three days per week.
Responsibilities Collaborate with HR business partners (PARH) and managers to define job requirements, competencies and selection criteria to determine the best recruitment strategies.
Provide high-quality client-group service and develop an understanding of organizational needs to meet workforce objectives.
Coach and support managers on processes and best practices.
Use your expertise to source, attract and hire candidates and stay informed of the candidate market in the aerospace industry.
Ensure integrity, compliance and adherence to recruitment processes.
Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members and present offers to candidates.
Support the group's mobility processes by collaborating with mobility experts and PARH.
Act as an ambassador by participating in employer branding and recruitment events.




Contribute to process improvements and support the team according to operational needs.
Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across different job levels (administrative, technical, qualified, supervisory/management).
Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
Experience in a large organization is an asset.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and client groups.
Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a high‑demand environment.
Strong interest and ability to optimize processes and create innovative solutions.
High level of autonomy and initiative in day‑to‑day work.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence others.
Ability to integrate quickly into new work environments and technologies.
Familiarity with Workday and Google (Mail, Sheets and Slides) is an asset.
