About the Role
Our client is a growing injection molding company within the packaging industry. This position is an addition to their team, signifying their continued growth.

Shift schedule: 7 am – 7 pm and 7 pm – 7 am with a 2‑week rotation. Immediate vacancy.

Compensation and benefits: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary with benefits upon start; RRSP match after three‑month probation; quarterly bonus after three‑month probation; team events and outings.

Experience and Qualifications

2 to 3 years Production Supervisor experience focused on daily workflow based on production needs

Solid ability to train, lead, and develop a team of 30+ employees

Safety‑minded with a preventative mindset

Experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing

Counterbalance forklift and crane experience an asset

Proficiency with MS Dynamics and Excel

Responsibilities





Monitor the smooth and timely flow of production to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer

Maintain a high level of plant, machine, and personnel safety under GMP and SOP guidelines

Manage, train, and develop a productive, efficient, and competent molding production team to achieve scheduled requirements in a safe, team‑based environment

Establish and ensure the achievement of performance targets

Report and communicate results, incidents, and issues in a concise and timely manner

Lead operations in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing

Follow and comply with the proprietary management system
