In this position, you will report to the General Operations Manager and play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment failures and executing complex repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your proactive approach and solid detail orientation will be essential in managing the operational needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on all equipment
• Interpret schematics and maintain equipment documentation
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities
• Rebuild machinery and maintain safety compliance
• Operate machinery set-up and installation tools
Requirements:
• Valid Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Qualification
• At least two years of food processing experience
• Proficiency in welding techniques
• Familiar with safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
