An experienced Telehandler and Skidsteer Operator is sought for a competitive wage and extensive benefits. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, reliable leader who values safety and seeks an exciting long‑term opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the Edmonton LRT network.

Responsibilities

Operate telehandler and skid steers safely and efficiently to meet scheduled targets.

Hoist formwork, load, unload, and move various site materials in high‑traffic and confined areas.

Conduct pre‑trip/walk‑around safety inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities.

Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns.

Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.

Lead on safety and production, ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years’ experience operating telehandler and skid steer.

Must hold a valid telehandler and skid steer ticket and demonstrate competency through a practical assessment.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team.





Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driver’s abstract, CSTS‑2020 Fundamentals and WHMIS 2015 certifications.

Must be willing and able to complete labouring duties when required.

Work Conditions

Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day with potential overtime on weekends during the summer months.

Work in all weather conditions year‑round and lend a hand where needed.
