As a vital part of our PMO team, you will handle governance documentation, coordinate program meetings, and aid in the effective monitoring of project milestones and risks. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and organizational skills, fostering a culture of transparency in communication while utilizing tools like MS Project and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support program governance and maintain documentation
• Prepare agendas and track decisions for PMO meetings
• Monitor risks, issues,



and actions across projects
• Contribute to developing integrated program schedules
• Track financials, timesheets, and resource allocation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or equivalent
• 3-5 years in PMO or similar roles
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
• Expert in MS Office and data visualization tools
• Exceptional communication and organizational talent
