About the Opportunity
Lore Electric is looking for a full‑time Electrical Foreman to lead the East Junction wood‑frame condo development in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading site crews, coordinating work, and ensuring the successful delivery of this multi‑family residential project.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site

Oversee layout, rough‑in, finishing, and final turnover of electrical work

Manage daily and weekly production goals using Procore software

Run daily touchpoints and weekly huddles in the site trailer





Coordinate with project management and other trades to keep the project on track

Track materials, tools, and manpower to align with budgets

Mentor apprentices and support their professional growth

Enforce safety standards and maintain site cleanliness

Qualifications
To qualify, you will need to hold a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification and have 5+ years of electrical experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead hand on multi‑family residential projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, code, and condo wiring systems

Proven ability to run multi‑family projects from start to finish

Comfort using Procore or other construction management software

Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors on active construction sites

Ability to manage materials, tools, and manpower within budget

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing apprentices

Clear communication and collaboration skills with trades and management

Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site
