Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Nlyte Workflow process for MAC tickets
• Maintain data accuracy through daily reconciliations
• Implement continuous improvement and automation strategies
• Support CAPEX project deployments effectively
• Guide and train global technicians in operational processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years in DCIM or IT asset management
• Robust command of physical inventory and tracking systems
