We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Montessori Elementary School Teacher to join our team at KMSchool. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our students, promoting their intellectual and emotional development in a supportive Montessori setting.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to Montessori principles.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their growth.
Foster strong relationships with students,
parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere.
Facilitate hands‑on learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
Encourage independence and self‑directed learning among students.
Requirements
MACTE certified Montessori training in Lower Elementary.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom setting.
Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
