Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the Mail Ballot Office/Call Centre
• Oversee staff scheduling and assist with inquiries
• Monitor supply levels for ballot package assembly
• Coordinate training material for new staff
• Ensure accurate ballot reconciliation with the Elections Office
Requirements:
• Diploma from a post-secondary institution
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in call centre operations
• Knowledge of elections processes is an asset
• Successful completion of a Police Information Check
