Working in a cooperative multidisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic interventions and assessments using a strength-based model of care. In this role, you’ll conduct life skills training, assist in creating management programs, and support adolescents through their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evaluations and therapeutic interventions to adolescents
• Conduct life skills training through instruction and exemplification
• Manage psychiatric crises and diffuse extreme behaviors




• Assist coworkers in various therapeutic settings and programs
• Support adolescents facing challenges related to eating disorders

Requirements:
• Child and Youth Worker Diploma and OACYC membership
• Certification in First Aid and CPR, Health Care Provider level
• Experience with adolescents facing developmental disorders
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and psychiatric disorders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
