Extendicare is seeking a Resident and Family Experience Manager to drive engagement, satisfaction, and excellence in complaints management across our Ontario sites. You will lead surveys and engagement initiatives to improve resident and family experiences.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, you will translate survey insights into action, oversee the REACH Committee, and guide quality improvement and compliance efforts while collaborating with regional leadership teams.
