Victoria Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to enhance its Finance team based in Victoria, BC. This full time, permanent role is perfect for a CPA candidate with 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in non-profit or public practice. You will work collaboratively to strengthen financial operations and reporting processes, supporting initiatives that make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial reports and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy in journal entries and reconciliations




• Support fund accounting and regulatory filings
• Streamline processes and strengthen internal controls
• Conduct financial analysis for organizational initiatives

Requirements:
• CPA designation with 3–5 years of experience
• Understanding of GAAP and CRA filings
• Proficient in Office 365 with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions
• Solid analytical and communication skills
