Teacher Evaluations or Practicum Reports – only for recent graduates within the last 3 years.

Applicant Declaration for Catholics or Applicant Declaration for Non-Catholics.

Teacher Applicant Consent Form.

Two (2) Qualified Reference Letters (dated within the last year; should be sent directly by your referee to [email protected] ).

Verification of Teaching Experience (copies of the Verification of Teaching Experience forms you have submitted to the BC Ministry of Education).

Catholic Pastoral Reference or Non-Catholic Pastoral Reference (dated within the last year).
