6–8 years of experience in C++ development with strong expertise in up-to-date C++ standards .
Hands‑on experience in system‑level programming , including software interacting with hardware and operating system resources .
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading, and Concurrency concepts.
Proven experience in performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing high‑performance applications .
Background in embedded systems, high‑speed trading platforms, or other performance‑critical backend environments .
Experience working in Agile environments , participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, code reviews, and iterative development cycles.
Nice to have exposure to Python, Terraform, Flux, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure certifications .
